Douglas Guest has 30 years public service, spanning the fields of mental health, homelessness, addictions, community development, health promotions, equalities and children & families, in Civic Scotland. He volunteers in running men’s groups and co-gender grief tending in the community spaces. He is values driven, skilled innovator and collaborator, he co-created @yearofthedad and helped to bring into being two dads charities in Scotland. He is passionate about gender equality and growing more positive male role models.
