The Foundation for Positive Mental Health (FPMH) are a charity dedicated to promoting skills training for positive mental health, to enhance everyday wellbeing, increase resilience to, and recovery from, mental health difficulties. We can all learn how to do this by using simple exercises such as breath control and other positive mental training techniques derived from Olympic sports coaching.

FPMH run training workshops for professionals and provide resources, including the Positive Mental Training programme the Feeling Good app, for the general public to access directly, or through the NHS. FPMH also supports the delivery of the Feeling Good for Schools programme, embedding resilience, self-esteem, and motivation in school pupils through positive mental training.

Attendees of Jupiter Rising Festival can receive a code to get free access to all audios in the Feeling Good app - just come along to one of our listening sessions throughout the day to get yours! We also provide a free Feeling Good Teens app, developed from the NHS-approved adult app, to support young people's mental health and wellbeing.
